Joining a company like Brown Bag Party ensures you the best chance for success because all the internal infrastructure is in place. You don’t have to worry about submitting sales tax, credit card machines, shipping, returns, inventory or setting up complicated ecommerce websites. 

As a consultant, you will have access to these great training tools:

Up-line Sponsor Support
Your upline sponsor gets paid to help you ~ in the form of override commissions and training bonuses. They don’t earn anything until you do. They are there to assist you along the way and ensure you receive the training you need. Having a sponsor is free to you and is a vital part of running a successful Brown Bag Party business. Think of your upline sponsor as your very own personal business coach and motivator!

Phone Training Seminars
Brown Bag Party offers telephone conference training calls with nationally recognized speakers. These calls are a great way to interact with professionals considered some of the best in the field.  Topics include party planning, personal organization, tax planning essentials and personal motivation.  The company holds monthly conference calls to go over updates, news, and business-building ideas.  New Consultant Training Calls are offered twice each month, and training calls are offered monthly on the team level as well.

Localized Training Meetings
Local team leaders will often hold monthly meetings at local conference rooms. These local meetings are a great way to network with other consultants in your area and to share and exchange ideas and business tips. The local leaders develop training topics to help you push your business into overdrive. Most meetings are open to potential recruits as well, in order to help you build your team.

Training Websites
There are many websites that our team leaders develop in order to assist their teams in networking, training and open lines of communication. Brown Bag Party endorses a corporate training site which is password protected and may only be accessed by current representatives.

Training Manual
Each start-up kit comes with a Training Manual and motivational CDs to help get your new business off to a successful start. 

Message Boards
There are dozens of email groups (such as Yahoo! Groups) which focus on the romance home party industry. Our internal network software has a message board area where you can meet Brown Bag Party consultants from around the world. Interact with them about business building, party ideas, suggestions and general party information. It is a great way to keep up to speed on new events in our industry.

Convention & Boot Camp
Brown Bag Party's National Convention is held in the spring each year, and an intense weekend of training workshops, appropriately dubbed "Boot Camp" is offered in the fall.

All training is optional, and reps are not penalized or removed for failure to attend.
